Azerbaijan, Turkey war planes conduct joint drills

The military aircraft of the air forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey are continuing flights as part of joint tactical drills dubbed ‘TurAz Qartali 2015’, said Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry Sept. 1.

The flights are being conducted to check the capabilities of mutual actions and coordination in planning and holding joint operations of the two countries’ air forces, to examine the state of the flight zones, the airfield runways, the air navigation, and the reserve airfields.
