Jews shoulder to shoulder with Azerbaijanis fight against Armenians in Karabakh

World media continue to follow the military actions of Azerbaijan to liberate the occupied territories, including Nagorno-Karabakh. The influential Israeli newspaper The Jerusalem Post published correspondence about a meeting on the front line with a soldier of the Azerbaijani Army – an ethnic Jew.
One of the proud members of the Jewish community in Azerbaijan, Daniel Zarbaliv, says: ‘I am proud to serve my country on the front line, and we will liberate all our lands from a 30-year-long occupation. My friends and I believe in it.’
He concluded by addressing the Israeli people, asking them to ‘support us, pray for us. The truth supports us, the truth supports Azerbaijan. Karabakh is Azerbaijan!’
US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Elin Suleymanov told about him on Twitter. The diplomat posted a video of this meeting. The conversation was in Azerbaijani with subtitles in Hebrew.
The young man said that he himself was from Red Village (Girmizi Gasaba) in the city of Guba, which is famous for the fact that thousands of Jews live there. And now Zarbaliv is fighting against Armenia for the liberation of Nagorno-Karabakh.
As can be seen from the Israeli publication on the example of Daniel, Azerbaijani patriotic soldiers are people of different ethnicities, and their just cause will prevail.
